PARKING:

MANDATORY in Folgarida (Belvedere): € 70.00 per week per car

Free ski-pass for children born after 30.04.2015 with mandatory identification document (tax code, health card, family status etc.), accompanied by an adult family member, receives the free ski-pass from 2 to 14 days of the same type and duration as that concurrently purchased by the paying companion (ratio 1:1 = 1 adult + 1 child), including the Free-ski weeks. Self-certifications are not accepted. To benefit from the discounts reserved for young people on the purchase of lift passes the date of birth must be after the 30.04.2007

 OUR SERVICES

• For “half-board” it means the service of accommodation, breakfast, lunch or dinner, beverages and additional services excluded from the price.
• The room is delivered after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 09.30 am on the day of departure.
• Payment of the stay and extras takes place at the end of the stay and can be made in cash, check or by credit/debit card.
• The wellness center is included 5 times during the weekly stay, on the remaining days it can be accessed for a fee, € 10.00 per person for the ignition to be divided among the users ( minimum 7 people ).

Reservation is confirmed only upon payment of a deposit of € 100.00 per person which must be paid within 15 days from the date of booking, by bank transfer:

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation penalty:

It is possible to cancel the reservation without any charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. The cancellation of the reservation between the 15th and the 7th day before arrival entails a charge of 30% of the booked amount, between the 6th and the 3rd day before arrival 60% of the booked amount. All cancellations or changes made within 48 hours prior to arrival or during the stay, will result in a charge of 100% of the booked amount. The charge will be made on the credit card left by the customer as a guarantee of the reservation or on the final balance.
