PARKING:

MANDATORY in Folgarida (Belvedere): € 85.00 per week per car

Free ski-pass for children born after 30.04.2016 with mandatory ID (tax code, health card, family status, etc.), accompanied by an adult family member, receives a free ski-pass from 2 to 14 days of the same type and duration as that purchased by the paying accompanying person (1:1 ratio = 1 adult + 1 child), including Free-ski weeks. Self-certifications are not accepted. To benefit from the discounts reserved for children on the purchase of lift passes, the date of birth must be after 30.04.2008

OUR SERVICES

• “Half board” means accommodation, breakfast, lunch or dinner, excluding drinks and additional paid services.
• The room is available after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
• Payment for the stay and extras is made at the end of the stay and can be made in cash, by check, or with a credit/debit card.
• The wellness center is included 5 times during the weekly stay, on the remaining days it can be used for a fee, € 10.00 per person for activation to be divided among users (minimum 7 people).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The reservation is confirmed only upon payment of a deposit of € 100.00 per person, which must be paid within 10 days from the date of booking, by bank transfer:

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policy:

It is possible to cancel the reservation without any charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellation of the reservation between the 15th and the 7th day before arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the booking, between the 6th and the 3rd day before arrival a charge of 60% of the booking. All cancellations or changes made within 48 hours prior to arrival or during the stay will incur a charge of 100% of the booking. The charge will be made to the credit card left by the customer as a guarantee of the reservation or on the final balance.
