CHILDREN'S DISCOUNTS:

• 0–2 years old sharing a room with 2 adults: €30.00 per day, including a cot if required
• 3–5 years old sharing a room with 2 adults: 40% discount
• 6–9 years old sharing a room with 2 adults: 20% discount
• 10 years old or third bed: 10% discount
• Single supplement: €30.00 per day
• 20% discount on optional use of the self-service restaurant at lunchtime
• Superior Room supplement: €20.00 per day per adult, with children's discounts applied

PARKING (MANDATORY): at Folgarida (Belvedere) €95.00 per week per car

Free ski pass for children born from 2019 onwards — a valid identity document is required (tax code, health card, family certificate, etc.). When accompanied by a paying adult family member, the child receives a free ski pass of the same type and duration as the one purchased by the accompanying adult (ratio 1:1 = 1 adult + 1 child), including Free-Ski weeks. Self-declarations are not accepted. To benefit from youth discounts on lift pass purchases, the date of birth must be between 2009 and 2018.

OUR SERVICES

• "Half-board" includes accommodation, breakfast, and either lunch or dinner. Drinks and additional services are not included and are charged separately.
• Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
• Payment for the stay and any extras is due at the end of the stay and can be made in cash, by cheque, or by credit/debit card.
• The wellness centre is included 5 times during a weekly stay; on remaining days it is available at an additional charge of €10.00 per person for activation, to be shared among users (minimum 7 people).

A booking is confirmed only upon payment of a 40% deposit of the total stay amount, which must be transferred within 10 days of the booking date via bank transfer to:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 40 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booked amount; between 6 and 3 days before arrival, 80% will be charged. Any cancellations or modifications made within 96 hours of arrival or during the stay will be charged at 100% of the total booked amount.
